I help nonprofits and advocacy organizations make better decisions with data.

For nearly a decade, I've worked in data and analytics at Campact, one of Germany's largest progressive advocacy organizations with over 4 million members. I design experiments that improve campaign performance, build the analytics infrastructure behind fundraising strategy, and turn behavioral data into decisions that leadership actually acts on.

Before analytics, I worked as a political campaigner in progressive organizations, ran fundraising campaigns, and managed the donor database. That background means I don't just query data. I understand the programs it comes from and the people who need to use it.

What I Do

Experimentation & Testing

A/B tests and multi-armed bandits that move fundraising and engagement metrics, using Python and BigQuery to design, run, and analyze experiments.

Data Infrastructure

Reliable pipelines and models with dbt and Dataform on BigQuery and Postgres, so teams trust the numbers they're looking at.

Reporting & Dashboards

Self-serve analytics in Metabase that give campaign managers and fundraisers the answers they need without filing a ticket.
